Cambian has implemented and continues to operate a suite of leadership ability assessments developed by Bluepoint. The service includes fully integrated online capabilities for workshop administrators, participants, and observers.
Workshop administrators perform tasks related to running workshops, including management of workshop templates and customer information, and generating comprehensive assessment reports.
Participants are individuals that attend assessment workshops. Participants carry out assignments and self assessments with a simple to use online assessment wizard. Participants can invite one or many observers to give them 360° feedback and can manage the process using simple online forms.
